Welcome, I’m Dr. Stephen Martin and your smile is my priority!
Dr. Stephen Martin received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He went on to get his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017. Dr. Martin considers himself a “jack of all trades” dentist. This is why he chose General Dentistry as his profession, giving him a wide array of services to provide and display his talents and the ability to help as many people as possible.
Dr. Martin puts emphasis and energy into patient comfort to provide the best experience possible and can put even the most fearful patient at ease!
Dr. Martin is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. He was also selected to “America’s Best Dentists”, by the National Consumer Advisory Board. This is an award given for excellence in dental practice and Continuing Education. Dr. Martin has also been an Adjunct Faculty member of the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Illinois and takes great pride in his ability to educate.
Eager to provide top-notch care, he takes pride in investing in Continuing Education for himself and his staff to bring patients of all ages the very best in procedural and technological advancements. From implant certifications to root canal methodology, Dr. Martin is always trying to learn something new to be at his best!
He is excited for the opportunity to be an important piece of the puzzle to his patient’s overall health.
As a native of Chicago’s South Suburbs, Dr. Martin has provided care for patients of all ages and a wide variety of demographics. In his free time, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with his family, his wife, daughters, and Siberian husky, and watching and playing sports. He uses sports, videogames and music as huge stress relievers and can likely use this knowledge as a “bridge the gap tool” to comfort you and your children! As you visit the office, you will see firsthand that Dr. Martin and the team care about you as a person first and lead with kindness and respect!
